Harry Strickrodt and I, Julie Atchison, started our company (Merlin's Restorations, Inc.) in 2000 after working in, and then owning, a commercial janitorial company for a combined total of more than 40 years.

During those decades, we came to realize there were certain jobs around buildings that weren't being addressed with the kind of quality they deserved. This is how Merlin's Restorations, Inc. came to life. We provide the highest level of service to areas around commercial buildings that are often overlooked. Please take a look at our many before and after photos of building facades, sidewalks, restroom grout, retaining walls, etc.  We can add sparkle to what might otherwise remain bland.

One example of our work is shown in the photo to the right. Merlin's provided a complete restoration cleaning to the facades of Crystal Parks I, III & V.
